St Augustine's Highbury Parochial Church Council (PCC)



'Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.'  (1 Corinthians 11:1).

In word and action, members of the PCC seek to set an example for all the church family, by following the example of Jesus.


The PCC's activities include:

Co-operation with the vicar in promoting in the parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.

We are called to be:

Pastoral - Caring for individuals

Evangelistic - Telling people the Good News of Jesus Christ and inviting them to accept it

Social - Helping the poorer members of society

Ecumenical - Encouraging good relationships with other Christian denominations

Monday 11th June 2018.  PCC.  7.45pm

Monday 10th September 2018.  Standing Committee.  7.45pm

Monday 1st October 2018.  PCC.  7.45pm

Monday 12th November 2018.  PCC.  7.45pm

Monday 10th December 2018.  PCC.  7.45pm


(The PCC meets at least 4 times each year).
